ANY PERSON WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON THE AGENDA OR WISHES
TO SPEAK REGARDING A PUBLIC HEARING NEED NOT FILL OUT A
SPEAKER'S CARD. ALL OTHERS WISHING TO SPEAK BEFORE THE
COMMISSION MAY FILL OUT A SPEAKER'S CARD AND PRESENT IT
TO THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE MEETING.
NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL
Planning Commission decisions on Zone Changes, Parcel Maps and Tentative
Subdivision maps are subject to appeal by any person aggrieved. No permit shall
be issued for any use involved in an application until after the final acceptance
date of appeal.
Such appeal must be filed in writing within 10 days from date of hearing,
addressed to the City Council, c/o Office of the City Clerk, 1501 Truxtun Avenue,
Bakersfield, CA 93301. A $330 non-refundable filing fee must be included with
filing of the initial appeal. If all appeals are withdrawn prior to the City Council
hearing, it will not be conducted and the decision of the Planning Commission
will stand.

If no appeal is received within the specified time period or if all appeals filed are
withdrawn, the action of the Planning Commission shall become final.
3. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS
Agenda Item #7.1 - General Plan Consistency Finding -.property bounded
by 21st, 22nd, "M" and "N" Streets.
Agenda Item #7.2 ' General Plan Consistency Finding - property located
on the east side of "L" Street, between 21st Street and 20th Place.
Agenda Item #7.3 - General Plan Consistency Finding - property described
as the south half of block bounded by 20th and 21st Streets and "L" and
"M" Streets.

Agenda Item #7.4 - General Plan Consisting Finding - vacation of the 33-
foot wide alley in Block 385 (connecting "R" and "S" Streets north of
California Avenue).
Items marked by asterisk (*) are on consent calendar and will be acted on as a
group without individual staff presentations unless taken off consent by anyone
who wishes to speak about them.
The chairperson will ask at the beginning of the meeting if anyone wishes to
discuss or testify on any of the consent items. If any items are taken off consent
they will be considered in their regular order on the agenda. If not, the
chairperson will open the public hearings on the items as a group and entertain a
motion.

5. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 10101 (California Capital FUnd, Inc.)
Located on the east side of "T" Street at 7th Street. Consists of 3 lots on .95
acre, zoned R-2 with a request for modification to reduce the minimum lot width
and frontage from 55 feet to 43.45 feet. (Categorically exempt)

6. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE TRACTS
TENTATIVE TRACT 5770 (Martin-McIntosh)
Located on the southeast corner of Brimhall Road and Calloway Drive. Consists
of 50 lots on 14.64 acres zoned R-l, including the abandonment of the easterly 30
feet of Calloway Drive adjacent to the tract. (Negative Declaration on file)

FILE 5558 -- Time set for public hearing on an application by MILAZZO
& ASSOCIATES to amend the zoning boundaries from an R-1 (One
Family Dwelling) zone, an R-2 (Limited Multiple Family Dwelling) zone,
and an R-3 (Limited Multiple Family Dwelling) zone to a C-1 (Limited
CommerCial) zone on a tOtal of 4.05 +/- acres for property generally
located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Real Road and
State Route 58 Freeway on-ramp, west of State Route 99 Freeway.
