A $330 non-refundable filing fee must be included with filing of 'the initial aPpeal. (Negative Declaration on file) Roll call vote FILE 5637 -- Time set for public hearing on an apPlication by RANDY WHEELER FOR CASTLE & COOKE HOMES, INC. to amend the zoning boundaries to revise a PUD (Planned Unit Development), on 224.91 acres located to the east of the Rio Bravo Canal. Revision is to the golf course, clubhouse, cluster area layout, internal circulation and reducing the total number of dwelling units from 707 to 500. The total acreage of golf course open space does not decrease. Change of zone from A-20 (Agriculture) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for an approximate 126-acre parcel of land in the area generally located northeast of the intersection of Allen Road and Stockdale Highway west'of the Rio Bravo Canal. This is an expansion of the seniors golf course community to the east of the Rio Bravo Canal adding five holes of the golf course and approximately 496 units of seniors housing. Change of zone from A-20 (Agriculture) to R-1 (One Family Dwelling) zoning for the 68-acre remainder of the property generally located northeast of the intersection of Allen Road and Stockdale Highway. A maximum of 349 dwelling units could be accOmmodated on this site.
