Mr. Hardisty said if a consistent pattern is seen, it would be common to propose an ordinance amendment. Commissioner Hersh asked Commissioner Brady if he were looking for a minimum that may act aS a guideline. Commissioner Brady responded he wanted to know if there were guidelines that this could reference. Responding to questions by Commissioner Hersh, Mr. Hardisty explained the 80 percent rule relating to small lot subdivisions, saying in the past developers were using this section to squeeze more lots within the subdivision. He said a workshop had been held and asked that copies of the minutes of this workshop be provided. Responding to question by Commissioner Marino, Mr. Hardis~y said if the Commission wishes to delete the 80 percent rule they would need to direct staff to advertise this as a matter under consideration since it was not included in this review.
