PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - CHAPTER
17.52 (PUD) ZONE AND CHAPTER 17.54 (PCD) ZONE.
Staff report recommending approval was given.
Public portion of the hearing was opened.
RespOnding to question by Commissioner Hersh, Mr. Eggert said minor changes
could be approved by the Planning Director so long as they did not affect the
design approved by the Commission or did not cause any increases.

GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDING (Government Code Section
65402)

General plan consistency finding for sale of fee interest in 3.6 acre sump
site to the Heritage Bible Church, located southeasterly of the intersection
of Mount Vernon Avenue and Bernard Street. (Categorically exempt)
Commissioner BoYle abstained on this item because of a possible conflict
of interest because he is on the board of elders for the church.
2) General plan consistency finding for proposed sale of city property located
at 720 Lakeview Avenue. (Categorically exempt)
Staff reports Were given on both items.
RespOnding to question by Commissioner Brady, Mr. Grady said he would
obtain information regarding the possible purchaser of the property so that
determination regarding conflicts of interest could be made.
