Chairman read the notice of right to appea1 as set iforth on the agenda. 3. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS Agenda Item #5. - Consideration of final development plans for Zone Change 5584. Removed from agenda pending adoption of zoning. Agenda Item #8. - General Plan Consistency Finding, northeast corner of 15th and "G" Streets. Minutes, PC, 11/14/94 Page 2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES ApprOVal of minutes of the regular meetings held August 1, August 4, August 29, September 1, September 12,. September 15, October 3, and October 6, 1994. Commissioner Boyle stated he was .present and not absent as shown on the October 3, 1994 minutes.. Commissioner Marino stated Judy Skousen was the legal counsel and not Laura Marino as shown for the August 4, 1994 minutes. Motion was'made by COmmissioner Powers, seconded by Commissioner Hersh to approve the minutes with the changes noted.' . CONSIDERATION OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR ZONE CHANGE NO. 5584 -' UNITED ARTISTS CINEMA - LOCATED IN EAST o HILLS MALL ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BERNARD STREET, EAST OF NEW MARKET WAY (EAST BAKERSFIELD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP). This item was continued to a future date pending City Council approval of the zone change. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE TRACT 5680 (REVISED). Staff report recommending approval was given. Public portion of the hearing was opened; there were no comments. This item was continued to the Thursday meeting. PUBLIC HEARING - PREZONING 5602 Staff report reCommending approval was' given. Responding to a qUestion by Commissioner Marino, Mr. Hardisty stated the prezoning had previously been approved by the Planning Commission but City Council did not adopt the zoning when the annexation request was denied. Public portion of the hearing was opened; there were no. comments. This item was continued to the .Thursday meeting. GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDING - PROPOSED SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 15TH STREET AND "G" STREET. Staff report recommending approval was given. Minutes, PC, 11/14/94 Page 3 Public portion of the hearing was opened. · Commissioner Brady stated he might have a conflict of interest with this item. Mr. Hardisty stated he would look into this and provide a response for Thursday. This item was continued to the Thursday meeting. ADOPTION OF A POLICY REGARDING NOISE ANALYSIS ON 10. 11. 12. RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS. Staff report recommending approval Was given. Public portion of the hearing was opened. Commissioner Hersh asked about the status of an ordinance relative to setbacks· from the bluffs. Mr. Hardisty replied an ordinance had been drafted but it lacked support from the engineering staff and would need to be reconsidered before bringing it back to the Planning Commission. This item was continued to the ThUrsday meeting.
