PUBLIC STATEMENTS No one made any public statements at this time. Chairman read the notice of right to appeal as set forth on the agenda. 3. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS Agenda Item #7.1 - General Plan Consistency finding for abandonment of a portion of the waiver of vehicular access rights along White Lane to create a 50-foot wide access opening at the northwest corner of Parcel Map No. 8383. Minutes, PC, 10/31/94 o 7.1 Page 2 Agenda Item #7.2 - General Plan Consistency finding for summary vacation of the unimproved portion of Georgia Drive, South of the Kern River, between Manor Street and Fallgatter Street. Commissioner Boyle stated he had a conflict of interest on Agenda Item #7.1, therefore he did not vote on the consent agenda. Motion was made by Commissioner'Hersh, seconded by Commissioner Marino to approve consent agenda items. Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 10113 Staff report recommending approval was given. Public portion of the hearing was opened; there were no comments. This item was continued to the Thursday meeting. PUBLIC HEARING - ZONE CHANGE 5558 Staff report recommending approval was given. Responding to question by Commissioner Hersh, Mr. Lee stated comments were received from adjacent property owners objecting to the construction of apartments and stating concerns regarding traffic. He stated there were also two letters received in support. Public portion of the hearing was opened; there were no additional questions or comments. This item was continued to the Thursday meeting. WORKSHOP - DEPARTMENT ROLES IN THE REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS This item to be handled at the Thursday meeting.
