ROLL CALL COMMISSIONERS: Present: JEFF ANDREW, Vice Chairperson MATHEW BRADY KENNETH HERSH JIM MARINO DARREN POWERS, Alternate Absent: STEVE MESSNER, Chairperson STEPHEN. BOYLE DOUG DELGADO ADVISORY MEMBERS: Present: JUDY SKOUSEN, City Attorney FRED KLOEPPER, Assistant Public Works Director DENNIS FIDLER, Building Director STAFF: Present: STANLEY GRADY, Assistant Planning Director JIM MOVIUS, Principal Planner MARC GAUTHIER, Principal Planner JIM EGGERT, Principal Planner JENNIE ENG, Associate Planner LAURIE DAVIS, Recording Secretary 2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS No one made any public statements at this time. Chairman read the notice of right to appeal as set forth on the agenda. 3. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS Agenda Item #9.1 - General Plan Consistency Finding - property bounded by 21st, 22nd, "M" and "N" Streets. o Agenda Item #9.2 - General Plan ConsistenCY Finding - property located ' on the east side of "L" Street, between 21st Street and 20th Place. Minutes, PC, 8/1/94 Page 2 Agenda Item #9.3 - General Plan Consistency Finding - property described as the south half of block bounded by 20th and 21st Streets and "L" and "M" Streets. Agenda Item #9.4 - General' Plan Consisting Finding - vacation of the 33- foot wide alley in Block 385 (connecting "R" and "S" Streets north of California Avenue). Motion was made by Commissioner Hersh, seconded by Commissioner Powers to approve consent agenda. Responding to question by Commissioner Marino, Mr. Gauthier stated no inquiry has been received from the public on these items. Motion carried. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion was made by Commissioner Powers, seconded by Commissioner Marino to approve minutes of the regular meetings held May 31 and June 16, 1994. Motion carried. 5. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 10101 Staff report recommending denial of modification request and approval of tentative parcel map was given. Commissioner Powers asked for information concerning redesign of the map, Mr. Grady responded that staff has not suggested that the applicant redesign the map. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE TRACTS 5770 Staff report recommending approval was given. 7. PUBLIC HEARING - ZONE CHANGES 5558 A letter was received requesting continuance on this item. Public portion of the hearing was opened. Motion was made by Commissioner Powers, seconded by Commissioner Marino to continue this item to the regular meetings of October 3, and October 6, 1994. GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDING -- SALE OF SURPLUS REAL 9.2 PROPERTY BOUNDED BY 21ST, 22ND, "M" AND "N" STREETS Approx~ed as consent agenda item. GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDING -- SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF "L" STREET, BETWEEN 9.3 21ST STREET AND 20TH PLACE Approved as consent agenda item. GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDING -- SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH HALF OF BLOCK BOUNDED BY 20TH AND 21ST STREETS AND "L" AND "M" STREETS. 9.4 ApProved as consent agenda item.
