CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS
Applicant for Tentative Tracts 5650, 5844 and 5845 requested these items be placed on the
consent calendar.
Planning Director informed Commission of a request by staff, to place agenda item #'s 8.1,
8.2 and 8.4 on'the consent calendar and further commented that staff is requesting that item
8.3 be deleted from the agenda at this time.

Chairman Hersh asked if some of this pertains to site plan review.
Planning Director replied this is strictly a language change to bring the Subdivision Ordinance
into compliance with state law.
This was continued to the Thursday night meeting.

Chairman Hersh commented that he enjoyed the presentation made by MTIS and asked if
staff had lined up another presentation.
