Agenda Ite~ #8.3 - extension of time for Tentative Tract 5446. He also stated
Agenda ItemI #9.1 would be withdrawn and readvertised to be placed on the
agenda for tile meetings of May 13 and May 16, 1996.
Mr. Grady a!so stated election of chair- and vice-chairperson would be on the
agenda for Thursday's meeting, however it could be taken care of at this meeting.'

Motion was made by Commissioner Ortiz, seconded by Commissioner Hersh to
approve minutes of the regular meeting held March 21, 1996. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Commissioner Brady, seconded by Commissioner Ortiz to

PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF TRUXTUN AVENUE, NORTH OF
BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTA FE RAILROAD, AND WEST OF THE
STINE CANAL FOR EXPANSION OF THE CITY'S CORPORATION YARD.

AMENDING TO THE METROPOLITAN BAKERSFIELD 2010 GENERAL
PLAN BY AMENDING THE TREE PLANTING LIST INCORPORATED IN
THE KERN RIVER PARKWAY PLAN/EIR (TABLE 8-3) AND TO
ESTABLISH A PROTOCOL FOR LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT WITHIN
THE PARKWAY.
