The following questions need to be answered as “NA” because they don’t exist or testing was not performed. “For emergency generator tank systems, does the LLD create an audible and visual alarm when a leak is detected? “ “For mechanical LLDs, does the LLD restrict the flow through the pipe when a release is detected? “ For the repair results dated 7/3/2024 we did test and pass the LLD’s and shear valves. Section 7 question “For emergency generator tank systems, does the LLD create an audible and visual alarm when a leak is detected? “ needs to be changed to N/A The site does not have an emergency generator tank.
