A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 114-95
AND 74-96 ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
APPROPRIATION LIMITS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 AND
FISCAL YEAR 1996-97.
WHEREAS, Section 7910 of the California Government Code provides that
each year the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its
appropriations limit at a regularly scheduled meeting; and
WHEREAS, any judicial action or challenge for the 1995-96 fiscal year shall
be commenced within 45 days of the effective date of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield does hereby
set the revised appropriations limits for fiscal year 1995-96 as $94,861.513 and for Fiscal
Year 1996-97 as $102,863,665. Documentation used in the determination of the
appropriations limit is available to the public at the City Manager's Office, City Hall, 1501
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted
by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on
