A finding that the Extension of Time is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 4) A ll written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester Av enue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
