Hughes Surveying, Inc., representing Ali Alnajar (property owner), is proposing to subdivide l 0.70 acres into 2 parcels and a designated remainder in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone located at the southwest corner of Cottonwood Road and East P0checo Road in southeast Bakersfield.
