NOTICE OF PU BLI C HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfi eld w ill hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2024, in the Council
Cham bers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Ba kersfield, CA, to consider the followin g:
Zoning Modific ation 24-0018. M cI ntosh & Associates (applicant) representi ng Lennar
Homes of California, LLC (property owner), is requesting a zoning modification to allow
a lo t w idth reduction from the required 55 feet to 50 feet (B .M.C. 16.28.170 Band D) for
lots 6-12 in Phase 2; lots 69-78 and 83-88 in Phase 3; and lots 17-19 and 44-60 in Phase 4
of Ves ti ng Tentative Tract Map 6880 totaling 162 acres zoned R-1 (Single-Unit Dw elling),
located at the southwest corner of Gosford Road and Berkshire Road. Notice of

public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of a ll public
