Duncan Family Trust (property owner), is proposing to subdivide 20 acres into 7 parcels in a C-1 /PCD (Neighborhood Commercial/Planned Commercial Development) zone located at the southeast corner of Mccutchen Road and Ashe Road in southwest Bakersfield . The project includes a request waiver of mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060.A. l. Use of a previously adopted Negative Declaration will also be considered. (Ward 7) All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester A venue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
