Notable Items Federal homelessness ofcial visits Bakerseld, BLNC The City of Bakerseld continues to prioritize the issue of homelessness and nding solutions to better serve those impacted most. On Wednesday, United States Interagency Council on Homelessness Executive Director Jeff Olivet made a visit to Bakerseld. Olivet met with Mayor Karen Goh, Vice Mayor Andrae Gonzales, City Manager Chrisitan Clegg, Assistant City Manager Anthony Valdez, BKRHC executive board chairman Carlos Baldovinos and representatives from Mercy House Living Centers. The City's Public Works Department is seeking feedback for its Active Transportation Plan through an online interactive map that allows users to let us know what improvements they would like to see.
