11111 -.:, BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF f;~ tfe/tet NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, OCTOBER, 17, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Conditional Use Permit 24-0390. Ethosphere Studio, representing Dulai & Gill Enterprise, Inc. (property owner), is requesting a conditional use permit to allow a recycling center (as defined by Public Resources Code Section 14520) within a convenience zone ( 17.22.040.14) on a portion of a 0.22 parcel zoned C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) located at 2732 Brundage Lane. Notice of Exemption on file (Ward 2). All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
