Conducted a hazardous materials, hazardous waste, fire safety, commercial hood, sprinkler, and fire alarm inspection.
The following must be corrected.
1. Open electrical in the cash office. Close the junction box.
2. Correctly place the escutcheon in the bead area.
3. Remove extension cord in the electrical room. The extension cord is currently being used for the AC unit.
4. The commercial hoods are pass due for cleaning. They must be cleaned by a professional commercial hood contractor. The
hoods were last cleaned 4/2024 and should be cleaned every 180 days.
5. Replace missing escutcheon in front of the bakery oven.
6. Replace the sprinkler riser main drain knob that is missing.
7. Cover open junction box that is in the ceiling at the motor room.
