2. PUBUC STATEMENTS
Jill Kleiss spoke regarding the Environmental
Impact Report and submitted written material.
3. NEW BUSINESS
Adding Planning commission comments and
comments by the public at the public
hearing held on the Marketplace
Environmental Impact Report on January
4, 1996; and directing the city's
consultant to draft responses to those
comments.
City Manager Tandy advised the hearing
on will be held February 7, 1996.
Motion by DeMond to approve a motion
directing all comments received during
the Planning Commission public hearing
of January 4, 1996 and Commissioner
comments be added to the Final
Environmental Impact Report and direct
consultant to prepare responses.
