A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR
OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE STATING
PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT IS DEEMED
"NEARLY FINAL" WITHIN MEANING OF SECURITIES AND
EXCHANGE COMMISSION RULE 15C(2)-12.
SECTION 1.
The Finance Director, or his designee, is authorized to execute an appropriate
certificate stating his determination that the Preliminary Official Statement has been
deemed "nearly final" within the meaning of Rule 15c(2)-12.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
