Radian Design Group, Inc, representing Kern County Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (property owner), is requesting a conditional use permit to allow a vocational school (B.M.C. 17. 20.040.A.10) on 2.24 acres in the C-O (Commercial and Administrative office) zone district, located at 1400 Forum Way. A Notice of Exemption is on file (Ward 5). All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division.
