NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission o"f the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on NOVEMBER 7, 2024, in the Council Chambers
of City Hall , 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Planned Development Review 24-0144. Paul Dhanens Architect, Inc. (applicant),
representing Dr. Ashok Parmar (property owner), is requesting a Planned Development
Review to allow a phased development of two medical office buildings on 2.54 acres in
the CO/PCD (Professional and Administrative Office/Planned Commercial Development)
zone district, located on the east side of Wible Road and south of Panama Lane. A Notice
of Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act has been prepared. (Ward 7)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Division, 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; (661) 326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you
challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only
those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of
Bakersfield.
