NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, November 21, 2024, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Conditional Use Permit 24-0396. PDA Inc. representing Intertex CSV Bakersfield, LLC.
(property owner), is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 35,000 square foot
healthcare facility on a 4.65-acre lot in the C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district,
located at 6738 Colony Street. Notice of Exemption on file (Ward 7).
All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may
review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those
issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
