representing Castle & Cooke California Inc., is proposing to subdivide
60.02 acres into 15 parcels for the development of a commercial retail
center located at the northwest corner of Panama Lane and Gosford
Road. Previously certified EIR on file.
Staff recommends approval.
Ward 5 b.Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7468 (Phased): Porter & Associates,
Inc., representing Bolthouse Land Company, LLC is proposing to
subdivide 37.51 acres into 104 single-family residential lots located at
the southwest corner of South Wegis Avenue and Stockdale Ranch
Drive. Previously certified EIR on file.
