St. Vincent De Paul Store, Inc., property owner, is requesting a conditional use permit to allow the remodeling of existing buildings, along with additional extended operating hours for an existing food service agency (BMC 17.28.030) on a 0.67-acre parcel zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing) located at 316 Baker Street. Notice of Exemption on file. (Ward 2) All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1 715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
