Brian Grant, representing James Nickel (property owner), is requesting a conditional use permit to build a new single-family residence which will replace an existing single-family residence (Section 17.24.040) on an 88.65-acres parcel zoned C-2/PCD (Regional Commercial/Planned Commercial Development), located northwest of Ran c heria Road and Highway 178. Notic e of Exemption is on fi le. (Ward 3) All written comments must be received by the Planning Division , located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
