HomeMy WebLinkAboutCUP 24-0107 (Brundage Ln)BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF?)~ 'f3e~ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Conditional Use Permit 24-0107. EZ Recycling LLC (applicant) representing Terra di Pietro, LLC (property owner), is requesting a conditional use permit to allow a recycling center, (as defined by Public Resources Code Section 14520) within a convenience zone (BMC 17.24.040.18) on a l .48-acre parcel zoned C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone, located within a convenience zone at 305 Brundage Lane. A finding that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 2) All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
