(property owner), requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract 7039 consisting of 119 single-family residential lots, l sump lot, and l drill island lot on 40.05 acres, zoned R-1 (Single-Unit Dwelling) zone located at the northwest corner of Reina Road and Renfro Road in northwest Bakersfield. A finding that the Extension of Time is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 4) All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester A venue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the publi c hearing date/time indicated above.
