NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, January 16, 2025, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7397: Aaron Rivani requests an
extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract 7397 consisting of 83 single family residential
lots and a detention basin on 19.98 acres, zoned R-l for single family residential
development, and located generally south of Highway 178 and west of Comanche
Drive. A finding that the Extension of Time is exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 3)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester
A venue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
