NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2025, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Tentative Parcel Map 12551: Wiley D. Hughes Surveying, Inc., representing Davary Group
Inc. (property owner), is proposing to subdivide approximately 0.87 acres into 4 parcels
and l designated remainder in a R-4 (High-Density Multi-Unit Dwelli ng) zone located at
2006 Planz Road. A finding that the project is exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward l )
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
