McIntosh & Associates is proposing to subdivide 32.66 acres into 176 residential lots
in an R-2 (Small Lot Single-Unit Dwelling) zone located at the southwest corner of
Olive Drive and Rosedale Ranch Parkway. Previously certified EIR on file. (Ward 4)

5.b Extension of Time Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7039 (Phased)
McIntosh & Associates requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract
7039 consisting of 119 single-family residential lots, 1 sump lot, and 1 drill island lot
on 40.05 acres, located at the northwest corner of Reina Road and Renfro Road.
