NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2025, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Tentative Parcel Map 12569: QK, representing Bakersfield Brentwood Development LLC.
(property owner), is proposing to subdivide approximately 4.57 acres into 2 parcels in a
R-2 (Small Lot Single-Unit Dwelling) zone located at Niles Street west of Kirkaldy Drive. A
finding that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also
be considered. (Ward 3)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
