Staff informed the commission that they would be reaching out soon with
information regarding term expirations and eligibility to serve additional
terms or the possibility to assume the regular position by the alternate
once the Clerk's Office has concluded their research on the matter.
No action was taken on this item.

SUBJECT: Discussion on Updated Framework for the FY 2024-2025 Youth Commission
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Commission receive and file the report.
BACKGROUND:
In response to Commissioner and Councilmember requests for an updated framework for the Youth
Commission staff would like to present ideas to the Commission. These changes would be applied to the
Youth Commission at the start of the next fiscal year.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
