4006.1 Hazard identification signs.
Unless otherwise exempted by the fire code official, visible hazard identification
signs, as specified in NFPA 704 for the specific material contained, shall be placed
on stationary containers and aboveground tanks; at entrances to locations where
hazardous materials are stored, dispensed, used or handled in quantities requiring
a permit; and at specific entrances and locations designated by the fire code
official.

Conducted a hazardous materials inspection. The following must be corrected.
1. Report in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). There is a bulk tank of 450 lbs. and an additional 20 lbs.
tank of CO2.
2. Place hazard identification signs as specified in NFPA 704. The signs must be placed on the front door and back door of the
business.
A Submittal Guide has been provided with third party consultants who can also help with reporting.
Please report in CERS within 30 days from this inspection.
