HomeMy WebLinkAboutDRA 24-0003 (Wilson & Planz)a:, BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF f;~ ~ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Director Review and Approval Permit No. 24-0003: Tower Co. and T-Mobile representing Fellowship Babtist Church of Bakersfield (property owner), is requesting a Director Review and Approval Permit for the construction of a 65-foot tall monoeucalyptus wireless telecommunications facility with ancillary equipment on a portion of a 6.25-acre parcel zoned R-1 (Single-Unit Dwelling), located south of Wilson Road and north of Planz Road. A finding that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 6) All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
