HomeMy WebLinkAboutEOT VTPM 11698 (Rivani Drive)BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF SlJltftlJrWJ 1fel,f_et Development Services Department -Planning Division NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 11698 (Phased): McIntosh and Associates, representing Steve Boneso Family Trust, requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 11698 consisting of 4 parcels on 40 acres, zoned R-2/PUD (Small Lot Single-unit Dwelling/Planned Unit Development) and C-2 (Reginal Commercial) zone, located on both sides of Rivani Drive, north of Paladino in northeast Bakersfield. A finding that the Extension of Time is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 3) All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department.
