Evening. I’m emailing about the case of Bakersfield Kwik Serv on 631 Baker St. 93305. Currently the business is red tagged due to missing monthly compliance for December and November
of 2024. We had our current contractor, Franzen-Hill, end business with us and had to find and start a new account with another contractor. We ended up partnering with Kern Construction
to maintain our monthly compliance. Due to scheduling conflicts we did end up missing those months. We wanted to resume business and deal with whatever penalties/fines for this issue
