(Staff recommends adoption of the agenda summary report.) Motion by Councilmember Gonzales to adopt the June 6, 2024, Regular Agenda Summary Report. Motion approved with Councilmember Freeman absent. 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Renne Public Policy Group August 2024 Legislative and Funding Advocacy Quarterly Update. (Staff recommends receive and file.) City Manager Clegg and Assistant to the City Manager Valdez provided staff comments. Page 2 of 17 4. Jake Whitaker, Renne Public Policy Group, made comments and continued the PowerPoint Presentation. Councilmember Gonzales requested staff review more information on how we are pursuing KernCog Grants. Motion by Councilmember Gonzales to receive and file. Motion approved with Councilmember Freeman absent. 5. COMMITTEE COMMENTS None. 6.
