NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, April 17, 2025, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the followin~:
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 12615: ·McIntosh & Associates, representing Norris Road,
LLC, is proposing to subdivide 5.28 acres into 5 industrial parcels in an M-1 (Light
Manufacturing} zone located at the northwest corner of Mccutchen Road and Reliance
Drive in southwest Bakersfield. The pr,oject includes a request for a sidewalk requirement
deviation and will address mineral rights pursuant to BMC 16.20.060.A.4 by demonstrating
the improbability of subsurface mineral production. Use of a previously adopted
Mitigated Negative Declaration is on file. (Ward 7)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department. 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
