5.a Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 11698
McIntosh and Associates requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Parcel
Map No. 11698 consisting of 4 parcels on 40 acres, zoned R-2/PUD (Small Lot
Single-unit Dwelling/Planned Unit Development) and C-2 (Regional Commercial)
zone, located on both sides of Rivani Drive. Notice of Exemption on file. (Ward 3)

5.b Director Review and Approval No. 24-0003
Tower Co. and T-Mobile representing Fellowship Baptist Church of Bakersfield
(property owner), is requesting a Director Review and Approval Permit for the
construction of a 65-foot tall monoeucalyptus wireless telecommunications facility
with ancillary equipment on a portion of a 6.25-acre parcel zoned R-1 (Single-Unit
Dwelling), located on the west side of Stine Road, between Wilson Road and Planz
Road. Notice of Exemption on file. (Ward 6)

5.c General Plan Amendment and Zone Change No. 24-0372
LAV //Pinnacle Consulting & Engineering (applicant) is proposing a General Plan
Amendment (GPA) and Zone Change (ZC) on approximately 2.63 acres generally
located on the northwest corner of Taft Highway and Michele Street. The request
includes: (1) an amendment of the Land Use Element of the Metropolitan Bakersfield
General Plan land use designation from GC (General Commercial) and SR
(Suburban Residential) to GC (General Commercial); and (2) a change in zone

6.a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change No. 22-0127
McIntosh & Associates is proposing a General Plan Amendment (GPA) and Zone
Change (ZC) on approximately 37.43 acres generally located east of Alfred Harrell
Highway between Allegheny Court and Tuscany Hills Lane. The request includes: (1)
an amendment of the Land Use Element of the Metropolitan Bakersfield General Plan
land use designation from LR (Low-Density Residential), GC (General Commercial),
and OS-S (Open Space-Slopes exceeding 30%) to HMR (High Medium Residential);
and (2) a change in zone classification from R-1-HD (One Family Dwelling-Hillside
Development) and C-1 /PCD-HD (Limited Commercial/ Planned Commercial
Development-Hillside Development) to R-2-HD (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling-
Hillside Development). A Mitigated Negative Declaration is on file. (Ward 3)
