(Staff recommends adoption of the committee meeting summary report.) Motion by Councilmember Kaur to adopt August 16, 2024, Regular Agenda Summary Report. Motion approved with Councilmember Gray absent. 4. REPORTS a. Youth Violence Prevention Programs Update. (Staff recommends the committee receive and file the presentation.) Page 3 of 20 4. (Staff recommends the committee receive and file the presentation.) Economic & Community Development Manager, Cater provided an update and PowerPoint Presentation. City Manager Clegg made staff comments. Motion by Councilmember Kaur to receive and file report. Motion approved with Councilmember Gray absent. 7. COMMITTEE COMMENTS None. B.
