HomeMy WebLinkAboutVTTM 7471 (Morning & Paladino Dr)BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF&~ 13e,ffe,t Development Services Department -Planning Division NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7471 (Phased): San Joaquin Engineering, Inc., representing LGI Homes -California, LLC (property owner), is proposing to subdivide 83.97 acres into 363 single family res idential lots, 5 landscape lots, 5 private landscape lots, 1 retention basin, 1 private retention basin and 1 private park in an R-1 (Single-Unit Dwelling) zone located at the southwest corner of Morning Drive and Paladino Drive in northeast Bakersfield. The project includes a request for alternate lot and street design, and waiver of mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060.A.1 . A proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will also be considered.
