HomeMy WebLinkAboutCSPN-24-0006 (Taft Highway)--~ BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF f;DWt.f)hW/ 'f3e#_e, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Comprehensive Sign Plan PP-CSPN-24-0006: NK Signs (applicant), representing Bakersfield 119 LLC (property owner), is requesting a comprehensive sign plan to allow an increase to the height limit to 75 feet for a Pylon Sign (B.M.C. 17.60.060) and other pylon, monument and wall signage at the EZ Trip Travel Center located at 2201 Taft Highway which has a current zoning designation of M-2 General Manufacturing. Notice of Exemption on file. (Ward 7). All written comments must be received by the Planning Division, located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
