submitted on an annual basis. Ensure all required sections of CERS include: Business activities, Business Owner/Operator
Identification, Hazardous Materials Inventory, Site Map, Emergency Response/Contingency Plan, and Employee Training.

- Ensure to include the following items on the hazardous materials inventory for CERS: Synthetic oil, waste/used oil, oil filters,
used coolant, and oily water. All hazardous materials shall also be labeled on the CERS site map submittal.
- CERS site maps shall include the following information: • North Orientation • Adjacent Streets • Emergency Response
Equipment • Loading Areas • Storm & Sewer Drains • Evacuation Staging Areas • Internal Roads • Access & Exit Points •
Emergency Shutoffs (gas, electrical & water) • Hazardous Materials Handling & Storage Areas
Facility Inventory currently has:
3x108 gallon tanks of synthetic oil
4x55 gallon barrels of waste oil
2x55 gallon barrels for used oil filters
1x55 gallon barrel for oily water
1x55 gallon barrel for used coolant
