The CERS submittal will require the following sections: Business Activities, Business Owner/Operator Identification, Hazardous Materials Inventory, Site Map, Emergency Response/Contingency Plan, and Employee Training. - CERS Business owner/operator identification for primary and secondary emergency contacts shall be two different personnel. - Ensure to include the following items on the hazardous materials inventory for CERS: Compressed gas cylinders of Oxygen.
