A POLICY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING A PROCEDURE FOR
REQUESTS FOR TRANSCRIPTS
WHEREAS, at the meeting of August 12, 1987, City Councilmembers approved a
Budget and Finance Committee Report No. 28~87 regarding minutes and transcript of
Council Meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. All requests for transcripts or verbatim comments in the minutes be made to
the City Manager.; and
2. City Manager advise the Councilmember of who will prepare the information
and when it can be available.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on MAY 2 I 1997 , by
the following vote:
