HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 109-97 RESOLUTION NO.] 0 9 - 9 ? A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98. WHEREAS, Section 7910 of the California Government Code provides that each year the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit at a regularly scheduled meeting; and WHEREAS, any judicial action or challenge for the 1997-98 fiscal year shall be commenced within 45 days of the effective date of this Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield does hereby set the appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 1997-98 as $110,449,907. Documentation used in the determination of the appropriations limit is available to the public at the City Manager's Office, City Hall, 1501Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. .......... 000 ..........
