RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FO~ LEGAL SERVICES
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 97-1
(SPRING MEADOWS II/STOCKDALE HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
This city Council approves that certain agreement
between the CITY OF BAKERSFIELD and ORRICK, HERRINGTON &
SUTCLIFFE LLP for services of that firm as Special Bond Counsel
for city of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 97-1 (Spring
Meadows II/Stockdale Highway Commercial), County of Kern, State
of California, dated June 25, 1997, and attached to this
resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the
Finance Director is authorized to countersign the agreement.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the city of Bakersfield at a
