Approval of General Plan Consistency finding for the acquisition of 22 acres for
the purpose of providing a 650 foot land use buffer between the old Bakersfield
sanitary landfill and surrounding properties located south of Alfred Harrell

Motion was made by Commissioner Ellison, seconded by Commissioner Blockley, to
approve the non-public hearing portion of the Consent Calendar. Motion carried by group

quality.
