SUBJECT MATTER
Resolution of the Council of the City of Bakers-
field consenting to the commencement of annexa-
tion proceedings for the annexation to the City
of Bakersfield of certain inhabited and unin-
corporated territory in the County of Kern,
State of California, contiguous to the City of
Bakersfield, designated as "Goode No. 2."
Resolution of the Council of the City of Baker~-
field authorizing the Mayor to execute Freeway
Agreement for rolocation of Highway 99 by and
between the City of Bakersfield and the State
of California, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways.
A Resolution of the Council of the City of
Bakersfield declaring its intention to call a
Special Election in certain inhabited terri-
tory contiguous to said City proposed to be
annexed thereto, for the purpose of submitting
to the qualified electol~s residing in said
territory the question whether said terri-

such territory my appear before said Council
and show cause why such territory should not
be so annexed.
